Wired Xbox 360 Controller/PC Connection Problem

Alright, the problem is that every time I plug in my controller into the PC, it'll work until you start doing something that interacts with the controller, e.g. play a game. That's when all four quadrants start flashing and then goes blank and I lose the connection but, oddly enough, both the control panel and device manager says that it still is work properly and the Xbox 360 Accessories Status also indicates that it is still working.

The controller used to work perfectly (I could play a game for a couple of hours) couple of weeks ago until now. My other wired xbox controller works perfectly with the computer; no problem whatsoever. It's just this one. Both controller are of the exact brand,a Gamestop controller, and also this controller works fine when it's plug into the Xbox 360; it's just the PC.

Before posting, I've been searching everywhere on google and everywhere here and there seems to be nobody with the same problem as me. I also have try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver multiple times and that didn't get me anywhere.
