new acer with conflicts


Hi,

I bought a new laptop ACER Aspire 5810TG

every now an then the system seems to be occupied. I found these
conflicts in the system information

ACER helpdesk. They told me the problem is software and that it is not
their concern... *I am no expert so if anyone of you guys could give
your opinion...*

And what are we supposed to do about it. It is a new computer so Acer is
your source for best support as long as it remains in warranty.

Nothing, the only thing is that Acer helpdesk can tell me whatever they
want. and I know that they are sending standard replys rather than
really looking at the problem. I don't know if what they are telling me
is true. It is in their interest to put the blame on the software, that
is where their warranty ends... So I would like to know if someone
vcould tell me if the errors are pointing in the direction of a problem
zith hard or with software, that is all...

Either it means your new pc is faulty or you have possibly been using MS
Update for drivers or you updated drivers from another wrong scource

Yes they can tell you what ever they want. See DL's response for some issue
resolution but still, with a "new" computer the company that made the
computer is responsible for the hardware and also the software that THEY put
on the computer.

If you installed anything else onto the computer you, or under the program's
issuer the program company, are then responsible for it's actions. If you
save your data files to a secure off-computer site or device and restore the
computer to it's factory shipped state do you still have issues (yes a
little drastic but if all else fails...).

Have you checked for any malware that may have been placed on the computer
(malwarebyte and spybot search and destroy are two to use to check) by
surfing the web, opening emails and the like?

Thanks for the reply ! Yep that is the standard reply that acer has
already given me 3x. As I only have the pc 1 week, there was no
personal data on the laptop so I alreay put it back 2x + I did all
updates. Now they were fast with another standard reply, this time they
want me to send the laptop into a service centre, but no reply to the
question what these errors mean. But I'll go from there. Hopefully it
won't take weeks... btw I did not install any drivers, everything wa
done in the process of resetting the pc in factory conditions. Thanks
again
