ATI Radeon 9700 Problem with Vista RTM

I have LG-LP60 Notebook (3 Gig HT P4 CPU, 1 gig of RAM, dedicated 128 Meg AGP
ATI 9700).
i downloaded Vista RTM (MSDN) on different partion than my windowsxp reside
on, the installation was successfull. i faced some problems after
installation:
1- Vista logo on startup not appearing.
2- On normal startup of vista (not Safe Mode) it was very slow, i
investigate about the reason of slowness, and i found that ATI is the reason.
Windows installes microsoft driver for ATI, it did not have a problem
determining that kind of the AGP chipset, but AGP card was not working as it
should be, it feels like it OS work without hardware accelartion, i tried to
modify hardware accelaration but it was Grayed, os wont let me change it and
it say you AGP hardware dont let u modify it.
I restart Vista and operate it on Safe Mode it operate just fine everything
normal the speed and performance.
after that i install ATI Beta driver for VISTA and with the same result,
very slow performance.
so i removed the driver and i install standard VGA driver insead of ATI and
after restarting it worked great, for sure i could not do alot with the
standard VGA driver, but Vista operate with normal speed.

Is there is a sloution for this problems with ATI.
