Look AC'97 drivers

Hi,

i've installed Vista on a test machine, and ther's a problem with the sound
drivers. When i'm trying to listen a music or to have the windows sounds, i
must connect my speakers to the microhpone connector.

My motherboard is an Asus but the model y don't know because it's where i
work. I'll tell tou that later.

PS : excuse me for my bad english, i'm french =)

RE: Look AC'97 drivers

your English is alright, don't worry about it

from the subject I would guess you need Realtek drivers, try those for Vista
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false and see if it helps.

Re: Look AC'97 drivers

Please, do NOT apologize for your English!
Your meaning is very clear.
Want to see my French? "merd" (that's it).

RE: Look AC'97 drivers

Yes, but the drivers which are installed are those that are on windows
update, downloaded automatically by the system. I want to tell that because
in the finalised version of vista, i want no bugs (but i know, that's
impossible).

DCR : that you say is the same to "****" and it "merde", not "merd"

Thanks to all for talling me i have a good english. I do what i can ^^
