| | MS Wireless Mouse and Keyboard (Vista Build 5600 32 bit) Downloaded and installed new Intellipoint/Intellitype programs (6.1). Works fine except for one minor annoying mouse wheel problem: When in newsgroups, one click of the wheel moves cursor bar four lines. I seem to remember in the previous version (5) there was an option to change to one line, but can't find it in the new version. What am I missing? And a little info on installation of 6.1 that might be helpful: I use VistaBootPro for multibooting Vista and XP with Vista being default. After installation of 6.1, neither keyboard or mouse would work on multiboot screen (although both worked in BIOS setup). The result was not being able to boot into XP. I went into BIOS (Phoenix 8/16/04) and found that legacy USB was "disabled". (Apparently this is the default for this BIOS since I never changed it). When I changed it to "enabled", everything worked fine. |
