Ricoh SD Controller, WPD Filesystem, Reinstalling Drivers

Hi all,
I'm having the same problem described previously on this group with my
RICOH card reader and the WPD Filesystem Driver, which displays "CODE
10" (cannot start) in device manager. I have the update that is
supposed to fix the problem, but it persists; I think that I may need to
reinstall the update, but cannot figure out how to do so. It shows up
under the update history but not under installed updates, and thus
cannot be removed. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Happy new year!
-Brad

Re: Ricoh SD Controller, WPD Filesystem, Reinstalling Drivers

Are the drivers and software you're installing Vista
specific drivers?

If not, you're 1st step should be to contact the
manufacturer/vendor and find out about the availability of
Vista drivers and software. Without the appropriate drivers
and software there is not much anyone can do for you.

If you do have the appropriate Vista drivers and software,
then you should still be talking to the responsible
manufacturer/vendor so they can take care of their problem.
