DVD/CD-ROM Device Drivers

I purchased Vista X64 a few days ago.. installed etc..

I had a Samsung DVD-ROM and DVDRW drive installed.
No drivers found for these optical drives...

I had a brand new Pioneer DVR-111D which I installed to see if that would
work.
No drivers found for these optical drives...

Microsoft this is really stupid, why are you not have drivers with vista?
The way this is going will have to reinstall the old software.
