Vista - NEC Superscript 870 Driver for Vista

Does anyone know of a Vista driver for the NEC Superscript 870 printer that
will allow it to print 600dpi? The Win 2K driver works uder XP, but Vista
will not accept it. I can use the HP LaserJet II driver, but it will not
print 600dpi. I suppose I can live with 300dpi since I also have a Dell color
laser that works fine with Vista, but it is in another room and I'm lazy.

That's where a wireless network comes in handy... !!!

I saw your post a couple of months ago regarding the NEC Superscript 870
Driver for Vista. I am about to get a computer with Vista loaded on it
and I too have a NEC Superscript 870 printer so I will be facing the
same problem. I wondered if you were ever able to find a more
compatible driver for it than the HP Laser Jet II driver?
