dxdiag memory reporting

I have a Geforce 6800 Ultra with 256MB(AGP) with Nvidia's Vista x86 drivers.
I ran dxdiag and it reports the memory at 775MB and "Display
Settings>Advanced" reports the correct amount.

P4 3.2GHz
1024MB DDR
6800 Ultra(AGP)
2x36GB Raptor RAID-0
2x250GB WD RAID-0
400GB WD
Audigy 2 ZS Plat
