Vista - Bluetooth in Vista

I've already posted it, but got no response
Vista BT Software doesn't help me much
and Toshiba's BT Stack is great, but only for 30 days
Is there another (Not Widecomm) or is there a way to make the toshiba not
for 30 days ?

But would it work on a non-Toshiba PC (And not for 30 days ?)
