Vista Tutorial - WHQL serticified drivers and videocards-which features are WHQL?

If my videocard's drivers are WHQL,what it meant-DirectX,DXVA,DirectShow,Open
GL,GDI etc. are WHQL,or some of them?
If some of them,how can I find out which drivers are DXVA WHQL serticified?

Would you not have to inquire about this from the manufacturer of your video
card? I am sure they have a support area in their online web pages.

WindowsHardwareQualificationList certification mean that the drivers for you
card are built in accordance with the MS specifications and that installing
them will not harm your system. WHQL certification does not mean that any
of the functionality available with the software for the product works
