Upgrading hardware

To get more out of vista ultimate i am upgrading my mobo and cpu.Will i have
to re-install vista and what happens to the current mobo and cpu settings on
my hard drive ?

You will need to do a "repair" installation and after that load the MOBO
drivers from the Cd that came with it.If your Mobo has SATA drivers you will
need to load them during the repair installation.
