Vista rating

What is current Vista rating? is it 5.9 or..? In future, it will increase
than 5.9 till , 8, 9... or?

At the moment it goes up to 5.9, as more powerful hardware is released over
the years ahead so the maximum number will rise.

The max right now it at 5.9, but you can manually take it higher
(through a registry hack). So, I'm assuming as hardware gets better it
will increase.

When, probably occasionally but on a nonscheduled basis throughout the
life of Vista.
Major variables are the availability and quality of new hardware.
