| | floppy drive installation problems I installed a floppy drive on my computer running Vista. My bios is showing the drive but when I boot up into Vista, it's not showing the drive. I've installed it, removed it and did all of the tinkering I can think of including looking for drivers but it won't show the drive. Any suggestions? |

| | Re: floppy drive installation problems Hi Jeff, Does Add Hardware in the Control Panel detect it? If not, then there is a problem with the drive being reported by the system BIOS, and you may need to recheck settings there. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org "Jeff" <Jeff@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:5A9F9B16-793F-4821-96EF-5664801F75F5@microsoft.com... > No...
