Vista - Printer HP PSC 1610 All in one

I ve this printer, but i cant configurate in windows vista.
Try to discharge the driver in www.hp.com but the driver is failed.

I have the same printer.

Did you disconnect the printer USB cable first, before installing the new HP
software/driver?


1) Disconnect The printer USB cable.

2) If already installed, Uninstall all HP software/drivers in windows
control panel. DO NOT CONNECT THE USB CABLE. Reboot the computer.

3) Install th new HP software/driver, the setup will instruct you to connect
the printer USB cable. No reboot is required when setup is done.

El problema lo tenes con el driver que bajaste o con la instalacion del mismo?
El driver que tenes que bajar es
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/softwar...etwork_enu.exe
y tiene un tamaño de 164 megas.

Para la instalacion tenes que seguir al pie de la letra las instrucciones
que da HP en

y que transcribo a continuacion:

Installation Instructions

Click the Download only button.
Note: Make sure the HP All-in-One device is "Not" connected to the computer
before running the download file.
Click the Run button to begin the download.
Note: File is compressed and may take time to expand and run.
Follow the on-screen instructions to begin the installation process.
Click Finish.
Connect the USB cable between the HP All-in-One device and the computer,
then turn on the HP All-in-One device.
Your product should be ready to print.
