I have a smartphone (HTC) which runs Windows Mobile 2003 Second edition and
have connected it to my PC running Vista Beta 5384. It installs the driver OK
and under devices it it shown as my smartphone. The Windows Mobile Device
Center base application just does not start up and I cannot see it under the
control panel in categorie view or classic view. I disconnect and reconnect
and still it does not show. I keep expecting a splash screen but nothing. I
have looked at Windows Vista Mobile Device Center Step by Step Guide but
nothing in this seems to help.
From all that I have read it should have this program installed but nothing.
