| | AverTV Conexant Card I have an older AverTV with an analog Conexant tuner. Vista installed drivers for the card but Media Center would not recognize a tuner. I backed those out and put on the supported drivers from AverMedia and MC still doesn't see the card. I would like to try out MC. Has anyone seen this problem? I wonder if it's the same in the full XP/MCE? Thanks in advance. |

| | Re: AverTV Conexant Card I am pretty sure the older AverTV cards are not supported in WindowsMediaCenter 2005(so would doubt that they would add support for Vista). They came out with a specific MCE version last year that met the official spec. | | Re: AverTV Conexant Card Thanks Zack. I was unaware that MCE did not support my card. It's so old I can't believe it still works anyway! Now working on Snapstream. Of course it's not playing very nice either. Thanks again.
