Vista - Epson R300 printer

R300 inbox driver missing from my Vista Home Premium. Can anyone help me how
to intsall this printer?

check the epson web site for newer drivers.
they have recently released some vista drivers for selected products.

IF after getting the new print driver from the Epson site, and it does not
include Epson Print CD, you can use the Print CD off of your Epson R300
Installation disk. Using R220 perfectly with Ultimate 64......

Unfortunetaly Epson does not produce driver for this printer becouse of this
is a vista in box driver printer. Epson support told me: "it was Microsoft's
decision to implement the driver as In-Box. As your system does not have this
you will need to contact Microsoft to see what has happened." I tried to
contact microsoft, but no answer.

You didn't say whether you were using x86 or x64. Can't find much else to
help you, have you tried your Epson CD just for fun??

Hi had same troubles. Have installed Epson r220 drivers from windows
onto Vista 32bit (sevice pack 1) and just printed a gorgeous photo with
no wait! Warning will come up about wrong device but ignore it! works
for me. Left r300 in printers just in case, don't know if it makes a
difference. HURRAH I might have finally helped others for a change! Let
me know if it works for you.

I have an Epson Stylus photo r300 printer also. Does anyone know If I can make it work in Vista 64 bit edition? I have a 64 bit computer and am looking to see if I can make the upgrade. I have 32 bit vista now
