USB troubles

I have not been able to get the USB ports to recognize anything on this
computer that has vista. Everything works on our computer that has XP. I
have checked the USB ports and they are fine. Do you have any advice???

Re: USB troubles

Hi, Eeyore.

What is the make and model of your Vista computer? Or of the motherboard,
if you built it yourself? Is USB on the motherboard, or on add-on PCI
cards?

There is SO MUCH that you haven't told us. :>(

What happens when you plug in a USB device? Do you see any error messages?
