| | Re: Asus Wi-Fi Tv tuner Ok, That makes sense since the only card descripiton I could find covered the Video PCI card which does not have a tuner per the following: http://www.viperlair.com/reviews/vid...800xl/p2.shtml Is the Tiger device a Pal Analog/ DVB-T hybrid "card"? The OP states he has the Vista driver for the Tiger device so I would expect that he could at least configure it for the digital tuner in MC and get it to work with whatever TV application came with the device. | | Re: Asus Wi-Fi Tv tuner It's correct Is a Tiger device Pal Analog/ DVB-T hybrid "card". All the software (Cyberlink, Asus Ez vcr, MC, etc) detects the card but no tv no radio after scan. On Win Xp works, on Vista with OS driver and other drivers no. If it uses S-Video or composite to the Video capture card then how do you get the Tiger Device to scan and change the video it is sending to the capture card? | | Re: Asus Wi-Fi Tv tuner Ok that makes sense I think I uderstand now. Since you signal is being tuned by the Tiger device and then converted tro 480i Video and sent to the video capture card over composite or S-video. You can not scan the S-video or composite since it is not a tuner just a vidio connection.. And apparently you can not get the Tiger device to scan when it is conencted in this manner and acting like a STB and not like a tuner.
