Vista - lexmark x1250 error 0x00000006

I have instaled the drivers for vista for the lexmark x1250, but keeps
showing the menssage "the page can´t printed, error 0x00000006".

It sounds to me that either you don't have the correct drivers or that the
drivers didn't install or didn't install properly. Double check that you
have the proper drivers. If you do, try reinstalling them. If all those
steps fail to resolve the problem, try googling the error to see what you can
find that way. Also, someone else my have better information than I.

I can relate as I am having the same problem and same error coming up
0x00000006 only mine is with the Lexmark P3150- were you able to resolve the
problem, I contacted Lexmark and their reply was that they were not planning
to update vista drivers at this time, so I think this may be the problem,
though I am not a computer whizz, just the basics. let me know if you had any
luck.

Likewise with the installation of Lexmark all-in-one X74 - same error. Scanner still operates but printer is no go. Contacting Lexmark they say that they have no plans to issue a Vista compatible driver and only offer a 15% discount off the price of purchasing a new Lexmark printer. Win-win for Lexmark lose-lose for us! Will I buy another Lexmark - not likely. The Canon PIXMA printers get a much better press - and are Vista compatible.
