Vista - Blank window popup

Hi all

I just bought a Dell
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz
2.00 GB RAM
NVDIA GeForce 8600 GTS
Vista Ultimate
I have Norton Security 2007

When I receive the computer I had many problem With Window Mail and IE7. I
would get many window pop up.
I was told by Dell that my Computer was infected by Spyware or a virus.

I format and reinstalled everything. Now I get the same symptom. I did a
complete Norton scan and everything if fine.

When I go on Nero.com web page to download a trial version of Nero I get
many blank window pop up.

Is there a solution to solve the problem.

I found the solution. It was cause by Norton Internet Security. I instaled
the ad on service pack and got the problem solve.
