| | help me! Hi, I'm AppleG5, I installed Windows Vista on my eMachines PC a few weeks ago, and I need help. Windows Vista cannot detect my CD Drive!!! I looked in device manager and saw that the DVD/CD-ROM Drive: LITE-ON COMBO SOHC-4832K ATA Device had the following problem: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available. I checked windows update, no luck. I tried updating the driver, nada. I don't know what is wrong!! Please help. Thank you SO MUCH in advance for any help. |
