To be Aero capable, you must use a minimum of 128 MB (more is better) 9600
by any manufacturer that makes such a card (Asus, ATI, PowerColor, and
others). The 9250 doesn't have the specifications required to run Aero.
Yes, you can upgrade the card and then get the latest drivers. A good site
for reviewing video cards is
www.newegg.com. They have all the cards at good
prices.
