Vista - Sleep Mode Problem - USB Keyb conflict w/ XFX Geforce 7600 GS (AGP

The sleep mode didn't work with my XFX Geforce 7600 GS (AGP). It would go
into sleep then immediately start up again. However it only does this with a
USB Keyboard. By putting a PS2 adapter on the keyboard the sleep mode then
worked fine. I tried two keyboards as both a USB and PS2 with same
results--sleep worked with PS2 but not USB.

It's hard to tell exactly what your problem is. I used google to look
around to see what others are saying about computer sleep problems. The
following article describes some steps the author of the article took to
resolve his problem, and it could provide an idea or two for you. See

One of the points made to to try different settings, not only in Vista power
settings, but also in BIOS. Anyone else?
