ReadyBoost is Installed...

....using a Sandisk 2 G Cruzer. I have 1 gig ram. My question is... do I
have to re-activate it every time I install the drive, or once it is
initialized, does Vista recognize & use it automatically when I plug it in?

RE: ReadyBoost is Installed...

John,

You can check its status in its drive Properties in Computer under the
ReadyBoost tab. It should recognize the device automatically provided it's
set properly in the ReadyBoost tab. Now you can plug/unplug without further
consideration.
