Vista - Monitor turns on and off

When installed MS Vista Beta 2 my monitor seems to turn on and off. And keeps
doing that. When i boot back in my windows XP nothing seems to be the
problem. I also installed the latest Nvidia driver.

System specs:
Intel p4 3.2 GHZ
2048 mb ram
3 x sata 160 GB
Nvidia 6800 128 mb
ac97 audio card

Monitor is a IIyama HM903DTA

Mine does that too only the monitor doesn't come back on unless I reboot. I
have an ATI All In Wonder and I thought it was the lack of multimedia drivers
for it. Now I think maybe not. It too is fine with XP. Never had a problem. I
have re-installed Vista 5 or 6 times now and that problem still exists.

The problem may be with the Nvidia driver. With the 5200, I can't even boot,
had to go into safe mode, "update" the driver to Standard VGA for now. It's
not a good workaround but will live with it for now.
