Disk drive

I went to play a game on my pc so I put the disk in and nothing so I went to
device manager and found that both of my disk dives had this error. Windows
cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted
or missing.
(Code 39) so what do i do to fix this? HELP!!!!!
