Vista - MS sidewinder Strategic commander driver

playing wow with the strategic commander (from microsoft) unter xp was no
problem,
but the driver doesn´t work under vista.

need Help.

Udo Arz,

My google search on the Internet suggests that the Strategic Commander is
not supported under Vista. Try google to see whether you can find something
different from what I found. Good luck.

Microsoft discontinued support of all gaming devices several years ago (even
before XP was released). I'd connect it and use the drop down menu in the
Control Panel under gaming controllers to see what it manages to find that
might cooperate.

look for my post and turn off user account control, the strat comm works
fine under vista
