Switching between windows

When I click on the "switching between windows" quicklaunch icon, it just
gives me a blue box with small icons to select from (desktop, comptuer, etc).
There isn't the cool feature of cycling through the panes. Does anyone have
this problem and know how to remedy it? I think this started after I
downloaded a couple of Vista updates two days ago.

Re: Switching between windows

You have to turn Aero back on. If your couple of updates were driver
updates (especially display type), you might have to update your score in
Control Panel\Performance Information and Tools. As to how to turn on Aero,
do a search for the word in Help and Support.

Re: Switching between windows

Well, the connection isn't always that transparent (Aero joke). There are a
lot of on/off switches to learn when your in unfamiliar territory; but once
learned, it's usually not forgotten.
