    the drive locker could not be initialized. InCD cannot start

    this message comes up every time i turn on pc "the drive locker could not be
    initialized. InCD cannot start" what does it mean and how do i resolve it

    That message involves the InCD packet writing capability of Nero burner
    software. I'd think that Nero support would be your best source for
    information. Possibly some Nero software incompatibility with Vista, but I'm
    not fully cognizant in that regard.
