I'm wanting to upgrade my CPU on my P4 motherboard. I am currently using a
1.6Ghz (478 socket). What would be the maximum I can go to? I have 1Gb Ram,
and good graphics and video card. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
for socket 478 and Pentium 4 the maximum is 3,4 GHz, as far as I can say.

sambo54,
To be sure, best to confirm the limit with the motherboard manufacturer. To
do that, you need to know the name and model number of your motherboard.
