Vista - Looking for Media Center Extender

Microsoft has promised more choices in the media center extender market, any
updates on when they will be available. I don't like that the only choice
is XBOX 360.

At the moment the only Media Center Extender compatible with Vista is the
XBOX 360. I think you'll just have to wait.

There have been rumors that a new release of MC for Vista will come this
fall and that with that release new Extenders with much improved
functionality will be available.
It certainly makes sense to have new options available for this holiday
season or the options starting to be announced by the cable and satellite
providers along with the availability of the new MS Windows Server coming
this fall will replace MC extenders as viable products.
