| | Re: change primairy display That depends on the capabilities of your video driver and its utilities. My Toshiba has no problem doing that. I use a 22" as primary and the 17" in lapie as secondary. I also have a matrox device to hook up so I can use my 22" a 19" and the 17" all at the same time. Unless you can swap the cables on your display adapter, it's pretty much hard-wired to use one port as the primary and the other as the secondary. -- Richard G. The Intel 945 Chipset allows me to select either monitor as primary and I can use each independently or spread my desktop across both. "Richard G.
