How to reset a default program for a specific file

I am currently using firefox to open a bin file but would like to change the
default program back to using an unknown application.How do I do that?

My System SpecsSystem Spec

Find a bin file and right click on it and select Open With.... and uncheck
the option you have at present.

Have you actually done this? I see no place to uncheck anything.
