usb hid hardware not recognized by vista

hello everyone!

i have a problem: my hid compatible usb devices such as mouse (logitech
mx310), keyboard (logitech ultra-flat) and wacom tablet can't install. when i
plug them in vista say: can't find suitable driver for this device and it
will not work properly. i read every advice you post about regedit changes
and c:\windows folder for custom driver update, deleting infcache.1 -- for me
it's no luck! because i'm not sure where i need to look to solve the problem!
i tested many usb flash drives, external usb hard drive, ipod, card reader --
all works perfect, but when i try to install hid compatible device, such as
mouses and so on -- they just completly don't want to install in vista, like
it must be "it's found hid-compatible device such as bla-bla" but it's not. i
have notebook here fot testing with vista basic on it, all this mouses and
tablet installing just perfect as hid device. then i need just to install
driver and all works. but with my vista ultimate it's oposite.

in bios i can see my mouse, keyboard and tablet before vista loads, so usb
ports are fine, i have enough power (600W). when load screen vista appears,
led began to flash, so it somehow see them, but after logn window all leds
just turning off and thats it. i go to device manager and can find this three
devices (mouse, keyboard and tablet) in usb controller as uknown devices with
usb.inf driver. what the heck?

i have asus p5wdg2 ws pro 975x chipset motherboard with latest bios and
chipset updates. i dont' have any conflicts in device manager, but i have
this error: "IRQARB: ACPI BIOS does not contain an IRQ for the device in PCI
slot ,
function 0". on microsoft's support site about this error: if you have
problems in device manager/not enough power -- i don't have any of this. so i
just don't know what to do, please help... cant work almost 2 weeks!
