| | How do I create a boot CD in Vista? How to I create a boot CD or startup disk in Windows Vista? I can't seem to find a utility that is vista compatible and it looks like they removed the option from the control panel. |

| | Re: How do I create a boot CD in Vista? Vista came pre-installed on my laptop and I didn't recieve a Vista DVD. I want to have a boot CD incase something goes wrong. Read the manual that came with your laptop or look for the OEM (HP, Dell, etc.) help files to see how to create those restore disks. If there is no way to create physical restore disks, order them from the laptop mftr. This is usually very inexpensive. For ex., HP charges under $25 USD to do this.
