Vista - Converting Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2007

How do you convert all of the info in Outlook 2002 (on a Win 2000 machine) to
a new laptop running Vista Business with Outlook 2007? Obviously, I need to
get address book converted, but I also need to grab all filter information
I've constructed over the years.

You go into outlook 2002 and export for each function for which you want to
a CSV file and then in 2007 you import the info.
You can export address book(contacts), messages, Calendar, rules.
