Activation problems

Hi
Yesterday I started my pc and he said somehow that I had to activate my pc.
So I searched and found my productkey, I putted him in (is that correct
English? I don't know very well because I'm Dutch) and he said: "the
activation has started, it can take some minutes", and suddenly that window
was gone and I was back in he beginning.
Strange isn't it? Does somebody know how I can fix this?

Hi Santa,

You may need to do a phone activation. See this tutorial for how to do it.

Activate Vista by Phone

Thx Brink, the telephone method worked. That's 1 extra present from Santa
for Christmas !
