| | Vista Product Code My husband bought a Toshiba laptop for me that had Vista already loaded onto it (not the trail) from RadioShack. I was able to access theall programs without having to enter a product code right away. Well my last opportunity came up to enter in the product code before I was locked out and I did and recieved a message saying it was the key code was invalid. Now I am completely locked out. My product code was located on a sticker under my computer so I know I am entering in what is on the sticker. Tried a million times! I am very frustrated as he bought this for me for my online college degree program now I can't even use it and I have assignments that are overdue! |

| | Re: Vista Product Code Exactly what is happening when you see the request for the Product Key? Using Windows Vista? Or Using Microsoft Office? Microsoft Office is often installed as a trial on many computers. The key affixed to the bottom of the laptop is for Windows Vista and not Office. If Office is a trial and the trial has now expired, you need to purchase Office if you desire to continue using Office. -- Jupiter Jones [MVP] http://www3.telus.net/dandemar http://www.dts-l.org "Jana" <Jana@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:BFBF06B5-9D76-4367-BA34-36676FB690C2@xxxxxx Quote: > My husband bought a Toshiba laptop for me that had Vista already > loaded onto > it (not the trail) from RadioShack.
