Vista installation problem:SCSI and RAID controllers

I have a DELL Latitude110L laptop (XP SP2) and i'm trying to install vista
but during installation, i get this message::::

"You must make the following changes before installing Windows
Close Windows installation and contact the device manufacturer for updated
driver software for these devices:
SCSI and RAID controllers: NERO IMAGEDRIVE SCSI Controller
SCSI and RAID controllers: A347SCSI SCSI Controller "

I was told to uninstall Alcohol120% which i did and it solved "that" problem.
But i've tried to update the drivers and found out that there are no new
updates for them. I really need help.
Thanks
