Vista - 0x0000007E Error during installation

Hi!

I have problem with installation of Vista Beta2 (Checked build).
Installation bugchecks at the start with code 0x7E in acpi.sys-module.
Bugcheck happends after first reboot if I am updating OS from XP. If I am
booting from CD bugcheck happends after few second, before computer connects
to debugger.

Reason is always ACPI.sys and full code is 0x0000007E (0xC00000430,
0x80AE28A9, 0x8140D560, 0x8140D25C)

My embedded system is Intel Mobile 1,1GHz with 512Mb memory. Vista version
is x86 Beta2

What is wrong?

No This is different problem. My problem cames only with checked-build. I
installed free-build and it went without any problems.
