Invalid product key for microsoft office home and student 2007

Hi I bought a new Fujitsu siemens (windows vista) laptop to do my college
work on. It came with a trial version of office on it which I activated. I
then bought a copy of office home and student and tried to enter the product
key to update to the full version but it keeps saying it is incorrect???.
This is the second copy I have bought now!!!

Please someone help!

Thanks
Liz

I suspect that you will need to uninstall the trial version of office before
you will be able to install the office home&student. (won't lose any of your
documents with the uninstall).
