| | error in installing drivers for wireless usb adapter Hi, just got online, bought a wireless adapter and set it up. Worked fine until i started trying to secure router and then i lost connection. Tried to reinstall and now i just get error message. Thought i had found answer with a 'hotfix' but this hasn't worked. (I'm thinking my only solution is to buy an extension cable so the workstation can go back in the corner and not block everything in the middle of the room!). P.s The router is producing a wireless signal as i can use my DS with it. The problem i'm sure lies with Vista. |

Solved problem by formatting computer to factory settings. The cause was either a virus or a conflict of programs etc. Thanks anyway. > Quote: > > Hi, just got online, bought a wireless adapter and set it up.
