INstallation problem

I am attempting a clean install from 32 bit Home Premium to 64 bit ultimate.
I have inserted the disc and restarted computer, but it just boots into Home
Premium. I bought the OEM full version of Ultimate. Any idea what the
problem might be. Processor is a Pentium 4 3.40.

You need to set your computer to boot to the optical drive first. Do
this in the BIOS. Then you'll get a prompt to press any key to boot from
the DVD.
