Can't install any program in Vista

Hello,

I'm having the following problem:
I installed vista on my computer (clean install) did an windows update which
gave me 47 updates for vista and the i wanted to install Messenger live or
any other program and it just keeps saying that the certificate can't be
traced so i can't install here are the details:
