My friend wanted me to ask if an OEM disc is transferrable to a hardrive upgrade. His system is entirely the same hardware wise except for an extra hardrive. He had both XP and Vista on his seagate drive but wants to put Vista on the raptor. Is he able to do this or is it locked to the seagate? Also how would this impact performance is he has to run games from the raptor and the OS being on the seagate? Thanks. I know that retail you can change it but was curious about this. If he can't do it can he use another version like business to make this possible? (He's using ultimate atm). Thanks.
