| | Power failure during set-up - Vista won't load I had a power failure during the initial setup of a new computer (Hewlett Packard). Now I just get continuous message popping up during restart that Vista closed unexpectedly and must restart...happens on every restart. Did not receive a disc with the OS in the computer package and cannot even find out what is the serial number of the OS system. Is there anyway to remedy this without returning (by mail order of course) the system? Help appreciated. |
