Changing Language

I am an English speaker living in Spain, if I buy a PC in Spain with Vista
Pre-loaded (in Spanish) will I be able to change the operating language so
that everything on screen and on the key board is English

Only if it comes pre-loaded with Vista Ultimate (unlikely). Get somebody in
the UK to send you an English version, and ask them to include a UK keyboard

Re: Changing Language

Im using a Acer Aspire which came with XP pre-installed, but has been upgraded to Vista Business, and its in Finnish. I was kind of hoping I could change the language to English, but so far, not found anything.
