Vista - Some Vista reinstallation questions

I've just undergone a major hardware upgrade and now need to reinstall Vista,
as the change seems too great for it to cope. I have a couple of questions I
hope someone could answer for me:

1. I bought a Vista Anytime upgrade to get from Vista Business to Vista
Ultimate. I've used software tools to obtain my new Product Key for
installation. Will it be ok to use this when I reinstall (for activation
etc.)? It will save me having to reinstall Business and then run the upgrade
again. Will the key work for both 32 and 64 bit installations?

2. As I've just had a major upgrade (mobo, CPU and RAM), I've also just
reactivated over the phone. Will there be any problems doing it again after
such a short period of time?

Just want to add that this is not an OEM installation. I have the original
disks, which were also used to perform the upgrade. All I really want to know
is can I install Ultimate using the product key i've obtained from the
current installation?

If not, can someone explain the process I'd have to go through to reinstall
Vista Ultimate please.

Please help. I don't want to be stranded without a working PC!
